A Fuel Feeding System (FFS) is heart of the boiler. It delivers the required fuel as per boiler capacity. The Fuel Feeding System is an important part of Thermax, Forbes vyncke & Uttam boiler. They are responsible for deliver the Correct Amount of Fuel to Combustion Chamber at right form and right Time. There are different Fuel Feeders available depending on boilers & Fuel Types. Also the all fuel feeding are operate on the VFD which is increase or decrease the RPM with respect to consumption of boiler.
Screw Feeder is an effective solution for automating screwing operations in various industries. Screw Feeders can save feed Time by improving accuracy and integrate with other automated systems to create a seamless Production Line. the working principle of the screw is its flight diameter & RPM
Pocket Feeder or Rotary Air Lock Feeders are using a rotor mechanism much like a Rotary Air Lock to continuous metering Feed. The rotor is segmented and the pockets are staggered to improve the distribution of the Feed rate. They are used to provide a uniform feed rate to Boiler.
Drag Chain Feeder consist strands of Chain with connecting Flight Bars designed to pull Material. They are typically tied into the operation of a downstream conveyor, so they do not require an Operator. Drag Chain Feeders are best suited for moving Free-Flowing Materials.
All Motors are suitable for VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). VFD is adjusted Fuel Feeding rate as per fuel consumption of Boiler.
