The Crusher is designed to reduce the size of Coal, Biomass and Agri waste Briquettes, Woodchips, Pellets, Limestone, Coke etc. into smaller pieces by the repeated blows of Hammer or by giving pressure of Screw Blades.
The Impact Crusher is an equipment used to Break or Crush material using the impact of rapidly rotating Hammers. The hammers are attached to the Horizontal Rotor. The material is thrown against a solid stationary impact wall by a fast-spinning rotor. As a result of striking and impact, the material breaks up into smaller pieces.
Twin Screw Crusher is an equipment that designed to Crush materials by using Two Screws that rotate in Opposite Directions. This design helps to prevent the Material from Sticking together and clogging the Crusher. The Screw Flight and Shaft are made of High-Quality Steel. That also designed to withstand High Pressure and Temperatures of Bulk Material.
