Pneumatic Conveying is a method used for transferring Bulk Granular and Powdered Materials from one to another place. The Bulk Material is confined within the Tubes or Pipes and uses compressed Gas or Air to transfer different kinds of Materials. Pneumatic Conveyor Handling Systems are suitable in transport Dry and Low Bulk Density Materials.
Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System is uses Low Velocity Air to move Materials through the System. The System is designed to move materials at a Low Velocity to minimize amount of Wear and Tear while materials being transported. The system is also designed to minimize the amount of Dust that is generated during the Conveying Process.
Pneumatic Ash Handling is a method used for transferring ash from one to another Place In this system generally convey Fly Ash from ESP, Bag Filter, MDC to Ash Silo. Then the Ash is carried by a High Velocity Air or Steam to the Point of Discharge.
