Ash Conditioner Twin Screw Conveyor is a totally enclosed conditioning systems used for wetting and mixing of ash and other dusty, abrasive materials.
This is Single or twin-shaft Screw uses Low Speed counter-rotating mixing action to thoroughly blend and mix ash as it is moistened by wetting sprays. Ash feed rate into the mixer chamber is controlled by a variable-speed Rotary Feeder and Water spray rate is adjusted by Control Valves.
SRCS can provide Zero Speed Switch to supplied Equipment for Safe Operation as per requirement.
