Cyclone Separator is Equipment that separates large dust particles from air in industrial applications. Cyclone Separators typically remove 99% of the dust particles larger than 10 microns and deposit them into the Dust Collection Bin before reaching the Filter.
Cyclone Separator uses centrifugal forces to collect useful particles in product recovery. A Cyclone collector works well with larger particles and is normally used as a primary collector in multistage filtration systems. Cyclone separators often form part of a pre-cleaning stage prior to a gas or liquid being discharged.
